At RydePort, we strive to offer convenient, reliable, and timely transportation services to and from the airport. We understand that travel plans can change, so we have established the following policy to help manage cancellations and reschedules smoothly. Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation: You can cancel your ride free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ride cost will apply. No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up location without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full ride cost (100%). Rescheduling Policy: Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your ride free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Late Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, a rescheduling fee of $15 will apply, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you miss your pick-up and do not reschedule in advance, your original reservation will be considered a no-show, and the full ride cost will be charged. Important Notes: Refunds: Any refunds due to cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Ride Modifications: Changes to ride details (such as pick-up time and location made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride may incur additional fees depending on availability. Weather and Traffic Conditions: We do our best to accommodate any unforeseen delays caused by weather or traffic. In case of significant disruptions, RydePort will work with you to reschedule your ride with minimal inconvenience.
