If you need to transport more than three passengers, we can outsource your request to some of our trusted partners. However, we kindly request that this request be made 5-7 days in advance to ensure we can provide you with the appropriate vehicle.

How many drivers does Rydeport have?At this time, there is one full-time private driver who is also the owner of Rydeport. The other driver is a part-time driver who works alongside the owner. Both drivers are licensed to drive in the state of Texas. As Rydeport grows and expands its clientele, the company plans to hire more professional drivers to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services.

We specialize in scheduling rides to and from the airport, the workplace and universities for clients who do not have access to reliable rideshare or taxi service in their area. Why do you ask for my return flight information?We ask for your return flight information so that we can track your flight and adjust your transportation accordingly. In case your flight is delayed, we will make sure to communicate with you and try our best to accommodate your schedule. However, if your delay results in us not being able to service you, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and timely ride to and from the airport.

What are the pickup times for Ryde port's Airport Transportation Service?At Rydeport, we understand that travel plans can be unpredictable and sometimes require early morning or late night pickup times. That's why we offer a wide range of pickup times for our Airport Transportation Service. Our earliest pickup time from a client's location is 3AM, and our latest pickup time from the airport is 1 am. We want to make sure you have reliable transportation to and from the airport, no matter what time your flight departs or arrives. If you have any specific pickup time requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is the cancelation policy?We request that clients cancel 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as emergencies, canceled flights, accidents, bad weather, illness, etc. If we need to cancel a reservation outside of the 24-hour window, we will do our best to find a replacement for our clients by reaching out to other similar businesses. We follow the same cancellation policy for our unforeseen circumstances.

Do you charge additional fees for early/late pickups, waiting time, or multiple passengers?No, our prices are a flat rate for all airport transportation services. We do not charge any additional fees for early or late pickups, waiting time, or the number of passengers. We believe in providing transparent and fair pricing to our customers. However, we accept tips from our drivers if you feel they have provided exceptional service.
